1. Can I get a refund if I cancel my lesson?No, canceled lessons are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your lesson if you do so at least 12 hours in advance.

2. Can I reschedule my lesson?Yes! You can reschedule your lesson for free, but you must do so at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.

3. What happens if I don’t show up for my lesson?If you do not attend your lesson without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded.

4. How long will my tutor wait if I’m late?Tutors will wait 15 minutes for you to join the class. After that, if you haven’t arrived or notified the tutor, the session will be canceled and non-refundable.

5. Where do the lessons take place?All lessons are conducted online via Zoom for a flexible and convenient learning experience.

6. How do I book a lesson?Simply choose your preferred tutor, select a date and time, and complete your booking. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details.
